The pier has dimensions of 365 x 60 m. The use and beneficial surface of the pier are 19.200m2, part of which was granted by the Elefsis Port Authority SA to companies for the loading and unloading of aggregates. In addition to the extension of the pier, there are still two distinct useful spaces, the first 3.000 m2, which was allocated for the deposition of aggregates, and the second 12,000 m2 (unfinished), for exploitation by the construction of small-scale port works.
