The Port Authority of Elefsis has three shipbuilders, which are the limits of the ship's surcharges. Specifically, the A and C and the northern part of the Karavostasiou Beyond the 30 m isobath.
Decommissioning rights are calculated in Euros per GT (GT) and per indivisible fortnight for the survival of all ships / floating craft, including conscription or compulsory seizure or departure restrictions:
- "Anchoring" per GT (GT) and per indivisible fortnight of 0.17 €
- Range or tier unit of gross tonnage (GT) and a per indivisible fortnight of 1.00 €
